Balanced Nature would like to share with you their knowledge of kombucha, what some of the health benefits are and most importantly, how you can make your own kombucha at home. It is so easy to do!
We'll teach you everything you need and want to know about kombucha, including kombucha's history and what that SCOBY thing is!
We'll cover: tea selection, brewing, bottling, flavouring with herbs and fruit, common mistakes and hazards.
6th April come along to our Chocolate Tasting workshop from 6pm, hosted by Alexander Chocolates local chocolatier will tell us all about chocolate and how to taste it, you'll get to try samples of the chocolates and the workshop is free to attend. please do book your space to avoid dissapointment as spaces are limited. Mel will demo 3 methods used to create a whole range of cheeses. We will discuss the ingredients and alternatives and how to serve and cook with the cheese.
You will get to taste LOTS of lovely samples. The cost includes the class, all tastings with crackers and grapes and a drink, you will also get a recipe booklet to take home.
